Our Commitment

We Put “Natural” in Our Name

When we opened in 1978, “natural” wasn’t a marketing word — it was a promise about every ingredient on every pizza. We’ve kept that promise for nearly 50 years.

Our Story

We’ve kept the same promise
since the day we opened.

When Edwardo’s opened in 1978, we made a bet that most weren’t willing to make: we would not cut corners on ingredients. Ever. Aged mozzarella, never a processed substitute. Real spinach, not canned. Homemade sauce built from scratch every day. The name “Natural” was a commitment before it was a brand.

Nearly fifty years later, the pizza tastes the same — because it’s made the same way.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have dine-in seating?

No. Edwardo’s Natural Pizza at 1212 N Dearborn St is carryout and delivery only. There is no dine-in seating and no reservations are taken. Order online or call (312) 337-4490.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Sunday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM — every day of the week. Hours may vary on major holidays; call to confirm.

Where are you located?

Our only location is 1212 N Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60610, in the Gold Coast neighborhood on the Near North Side. The former Munster, IN and Oak Park, IL locations are permanently closed.

What’s the difference between stuffed pizza and deep-dish?

Chicago stuffed pizza has a second top crust that deep-dish does not. The build: bottom crust → cheese and toppings → thin top crust → tomato sauce on top. The double crust is what makes it “stuffed.” Edwardo’s has specialized in this style since 1978.

Is Edwardo’s the same as Eduardo’s Enoteca?

No — two completely separate businesses with similar names. Edwardo’s Natural Pizza (1212 N Dearborn St) has specialized in Chicago-style stuffed pizza since 1978. Eduardo’s Enoteca is a different, unrelated restaurant.

Do you cater parties and events?

Yes. Edwardo’s has been catering since 1978 — corporate events, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, and more. Food is served in trays with utensils and complimentary setup. Custom menus available. Learn more about catering or call (312) 337-4490.

Can I bake Edwardo’s pizza at home?

Yes. Our frozen thin-crust grocery pizzas are made for exactly that — pick one up in the freezer aisle at a Chicago-area grocery store and bake directly from frozen at 425⁄F for 12–15 minutes, no advance ordering needed. Full baking directions here.

Where can I buy Edwardo’s frozen pizza?

Edwardo’s frozen pizza is sold at local grocery stores in the Chicago area — look in the freezer aisle. It is not shipped and not sold nationally, so you’ll only find it in stores around Chicago. See the frozen lineup.

Is the grocery/frozen pizza the same as the restaurant’s stuffed pizza?

No. The frozen retail pizza in grocery stores is thin crust. Edwardo’s restaurant is known for Chicago-style stuffed pizza, made fresh for carryout & delivery from 1212 N Dearborn St. The stuffed pizza is not sold frozen or in grocery stores.

Can I get Edwardo’s shipped, or order the frozen pizza online?

No. The frozen grocery line is not shipped and not sold online — it’s available in-store at Chicago-area grocery stores only. For the restaurant menu, you can order carryout or delivery online through Toast or call (312) 337-4490.
